Bread “Three Tastes” Recipe
Such delicious, soft, fragrant bread. When you cook it, an amazing aroma spreads throughout the house. This bread is suitable for soup and sandwiches, to say nothing, even just for delicious tea. You can experiment with fillings, but we prefer exactly the ones I described when cooking. Try this!

  1. Mix the dry ingredients, flour, salt, sugar, yeast.
  2. Add warm milk.
  3. Then softened butter.
  4. Knead a soft elastic dough. Leave to rise for 40 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 3 equal parts (I used a kitchen corner. scale.) In one part add finely chopped parsley and Italian herbs, in the second part add chopped sausages, in the third finely chopped pepper and paprika.
  6. Add vegetable oil to each part and mix. It is better to knead the dough with pepper and paprika in a glove, otherwise the hand will turn red.
  7. Roll out the sausage from each part and connect the tops to each other. I didn’t even roll it out, but kneaded it and pulled it out with my hands so that the filling would get better into the dough. P.S. the part where the pepper is may be a little sticky because the pepper contains moisture. But I didn’t add anything else.
  8. Braid my hair. It’s good that everything can be taken away. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment. And leave to rise again for 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
