  1. Mix half of the sifted flour (200 g) with yeast, sugar and warm water. Leave it on for 30 minutes. This will be our leaven.
  2. Add vegetable oil and salt to the sourdough.
  3. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough. Cover the dough bowl with a towel and put it in a warm place for an hour until the volume doubles.
  4. While the dough cools down, let’s do the filling. Grate all the cheese on a coarse grater. Mix it.
  5. Finely chop the herbs and garlic, pour into a deep bowl and pour vegetable oil, salt to taste. Mix it.
  6. Beat the risen dough, divide into two parts.
  7. Roll out each piece into a rectangle.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  9. Roll it into a roll.
  10. Cut into 8 cm pieces .
  11. Take a sushi stick or skewer, press each piece well in the middle, lift the edges to each other.
  12. We put it in our mold (I have 23 cm), pre-greased with butter or covered with baking paper. Leave it on for 10 minutes.
  13. Grease the brush with oil with garlic and herbs on top.
