  1. We prepare the dough. I kneaded it in a bread maker, the “Dough” program, with a time of 1 hour and 20 minutes. You can do it manually: knead the dough, put it in a warm place and let it rise. Then beat the dough again, let it rise a little more.
  2. Cut the finished dough into walnut-sized pieces.
  3. Prepare the oil mixture: melted butter, salt, dry garlic mix well. We dip each ball in butter and put it in a cake pan.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of balls with grated cheese. Take the cheese to your taste, you can sprinkle a little, or you can abundantly.
  5. Spread the second layer of balls with oil.
  6. Sprinkle with grated cheese again and put in a warm place for half an hour for proofing.
