  1. Cut the baguette into portions (I have a useful fitness baguette with various seeds, whole grain, with bran and carrots). Fry in a toaster.
  2. In a cup, cut into small cubes – tomatoes, cucumbers, onions.
  3. Add sliced avocado, chopped greens, green peas and cottage cheese to the same place.
  4. Mix well, pepper and salt to taste.
  5. Lightly grease the pan with oil, put the cheese on a high heat so that it melts, and fry. As soon as it cools down a little, gather the cheese into rectangles with a spatula and put it on toast.
  6. Put the salsa, onion rings, herbs on the cheese and serve to the table.
