Black pepper
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms, wash them.
Cook for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling, cool, cut into strips.
Cut the onion into cubes, lightly fry in vegetable oil.
Add chopped mushrooms, fry until golden brown.
Add buckwheat, fry, stirring, 1-2 minutes.
Add water, bring to a boil, make a small fire, cover with a lid.
Cook the buckwheat until tender.
