Hello, dear cooks!) I hasten to share a very successful recipe for tender and airy buns with garlic on kefir. It was with the addition of kefir that I got the taste I had been looking for for so long. In addition, these diapers retain their softness for a long time.
Pour yeast into warm kefir and mix. Leave the mixture for 10-15 minutes.
After the specified time, mix well again and pour into a deep bowl.
Add one egg, beat the second egg a little and send half to a bowl (grease the buns with the second half later). Then I add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Stir until smooth.
In small portions, sifting, I introduce flour. Knead a soft dough.
I finish kneading it as soon as it absorbs all the flour and starts sticking to my hands.
I put the dough in a bowl, cover it with cling film and a towel. Leave to rise for 1.5 hours.
I knead the dough and divide it into 6-8 parts (it is more convenient to do it with oiled hands). I give each piece a rounded shape.
The blanks are transferred to a greased mold, covered with cling film and allowed to come up for 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes, turn on the oven to preheat it to 200 ° C, and grease the dumplings with the remaining half of the egg.
I bake buns at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
For dressing, mix vegetable oil, water, crushed garlic, dill and salt.
Removing the dumplings from the oven, immediately cover them with garlic filling.
