Perfectly healthy food – salmon, quinoa, broccoli and greens – contains omega-3 and high-grade protein, very easy to prepare. A delicious, light and at the same time satisfying dish, decorate the grapefruit salad with mustard sauce.
Pour the washed quinoa into a saucepan, pour 300 ml of cold water, bring to a boil and cook under a lid on low heat for 15-20 minutes, until the quinoa absorbs all the water, cool.
Chop 200 g of salmon in a blender together with broccoli, quinoa, egg, salt, pepper and pesto.
Cut the remaining salmon into small cubes and add to the minced meat, mix well.
Fry the cutlets in a greased olive oil grill pan on both sides for 5 minutes.
Whisk 2 tablespoons of olive oil with vinegar, salt and pepper, add mustard and mix. Serve the cutlets on lettuce leaves with grapefruit, which pour the sauce over.
