Start baking cakes.
You can bake round cakes, as in the classic recipe, but I’ll make it easier.
We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, I have a baking sheet of 30 * 40 cm.
If you doubt the quality of the parchment, lubricate it with vegetable oil.
Divide the dough in half. Pour out 1 part of the dough and spread it in a small layer on a baking sheet. We try to distribute the dough as evenly as possible.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 7 minutes. As soon as the crust becomes golden, take it out.
Immediately cut off the uneven tips of the hot cake and cut into the required number of parts. Out of the total amount of dough, I got 8 cakes. Cut carefully, because the cakes are very tender.
Cool the cakes. Do not stack them on top of each other while they are hot, they may stick to each other.
Bake the second part of the dough in the same way.
