Classic sandwiches on a festive table are boring, hackneyed and uninteresting. But these canapes with juicy meat and apples will make a splash among the guests!
For the recipe, I used a spicy seasoning of herbs.
Pork and onion cut very finely (about 5 * 5 mm)
Add the herbs and soy sauce to the seasoning, stir and put to marinate for 2 hours
Chop the red apple finely.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the pork and onion for about 5-8 minutes on high heat, add the apples and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Cut the croutons from slices of bread and dry them in a dry frying pan. RUB each with garlic.
Using a pastry bag, make a cheese rim on each channel. Put the meat filling in the middle. Sprinkle mustard seeds on top.
