Cauliflower, Baked with Sauce Recipe
An unusual way to serve your favorite vegetables. A variation on the theme of fried cabbage in batter, only baked. Potatoes with sauce will also “play” in a new way. Use any additional vegetables.   1. Rinse the cabbage, put it in a saucepan with water and put it on fire. The stalk can be cut off, it cooks for a long time.
  2. Boil until soft on both sides, transfer to a sieve.
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut in half.
  4. Boil until almost ready.
  5. Lubricate the ceramic mold with any oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  6. Put the cabbage in the center, potatoes on the edges.
  7. Cut the carrots into pieces and boil them like potatoes.
  8. For now, just chop the pepper.
  9. For the sauce, melt the butter in a clean frying pan.
  10. Pour flour into the butter.
  11. Keep on fire, stirring occasionally.
  12. Pour in the milk and sprinkle with spices. Keep on fire, stirring constantly.
  13. Pour in the vegetable broth, if required, and mash with a masher or blender to beat the sauce.
  14. Pour the sauce over the cabbage and potatoes.
  15. Carrots and paprika can be hidden under the sauce. But I decided to decorate it from above. Or cherry tomatoes will look beautiful.
  16. Place in an electric oven preheated to 200 * c for 40 minutes. at the end, you can sprinkle with cheese and bake for a few minutes.
  17. The finished dish can be served directly in the form. Served for dinner or as a second course for a family dinner.
