Wonderful cabbage! Sharp, spicy, and aromatic. Eat and be surprised that a rather boring and neutral cauliflower can be so temperamental and defiant! Very tasty! All cauliflower lovers. And at the same time quickly prepare the famous Buffalo sauce.
So, to begin with, we will quickly prepare the Buffalo sauce. Naturally, the sauce can be prepared in advance. The sauce is prepared quickly, so all the ingredients must be ready, i.e. measured.
Put the butter in a saucepan and put it on a low heat.
The oil should be melted to a uniform emulsion, but not boiled.
As soon as the oil begins to actively melt, remove the pan from the heat and pour in the curry, hot red pepper, paprika, dry dill and dry Basil, mix actively.
Then add the tomato paste and flour, stir until smooth, add the brown sugar and again put the pan on the lowest heat, stir and warm until the sugar melts. Add the mustard.
Remove from the heat, pour in the vinegar and soy sauce, pour in the garlic powder or add a mush of fresh garlic, mix and cover the pan with a lid.
To prepare the cabbage, we will need half of the prepared sauce, so I poured the sauce into a jar and put it in the refrigerator after cooling.
So, half of the Buffalo sauce is transferred to a bowl or pan, which can be tightly closed with a lid, add the hot sauce "Sweet chili" and mix thoroughly.
Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 deg. C.
Let's do the cabbage. The cabbage is washed, dried and sorted into inflorescences. If desired, you can cut large inflorescences.
Put the cabbage in a pan, add a teaspoon of salt and pour boiling water. Cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
If you like soft cauliflower, you can boil it for 5-7 minutes.
Transfer the cabbage to a bowl with the sauce.
Tightly close the lid and shake, turn so that each inflorescence is covered with sauce on all sides. You can, of course, just mix with a spoon, but shake is more interesting.
Put the cabbage in the form with the remaining sauce and put it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. During baking, turn the inflorescences once and pour the sauce from the bottom of the mold.
Spread the baked cabbage on plates, pour the sauce from the mold on top and serve! You can use it as a side dish, or you can just eat it!
