  1. Ingredients.
  2. If you have fresh cabbage, then boil it for 6 minutes in boiling salted water. If frozen – 3 minutes. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Fry, stirring, for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced meat and fry for another 10 minutes.
  5. Beat the eggs.
  6. Mix eggs, sour cream, grated cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lay out a layer of minced meat.
  8. On top – a layer of cauliflower.
  9. Fill everything with cheese filling. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
