Minced meat

Instructions
Ingredients.
If you have fresh cabbage, then boil it for 6 minutes in boiling salted water. If frozen – 3 minutes. Finely chop the onion.
Fry, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Add the minced meat and fry for another 10 minutes.
Beat the eggs.
Mix eggs, sour cream, grated cheese on a coarse grater.
Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Lay out a layer of minced meat.
On top – a layer of cauliflower.
Fill everything with cheese filling. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
