Cheese Sticks to Beer Recipe
Incredibly simple and quick to prepare an appetizer. Cheese sticks are very good for beer in summer and soups in winter. At least the French like to serve them with their famous onion soup. Well, I love them for their unique cheese taste.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Products.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender (pre-cut the butter into cubes and let it soften).
  3. Mix the contents of the blender until smooth.
  4. Whether you like it or not (blender), but the dough still loves hands. Therefore, bring it with your hands to “condition” on a floured surface.
  5. Roll the dough into a ball and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  6. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. For convenience, I divide it into two equal parts and roll each separately.
  7. When rolling out the dough, we try to make it as rectangular as possible. Then still cut off the rounded edges with a knife. The thickness is approximately 5 mm.
  8. Cut the dough into 2 cm wide strips. Sprinkle them with cumin or salt. I prefer salt.
  9. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  10. Bake the sticks in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. That’s it! Can you pull who to run to for a beer?)
