  1. Mix 200 ml of melted milk with 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 250 g of sifted flour. Knead the dough.
  2. When the dough is almost ready and will not stick to your hands, add 1 tsp of soda and knead well again. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
  3. In the meantime, you can do the stuffing. Wash 300 g of cherries, dry them slightly and remove the seeds. Add 100 g of cottage cheese, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 0.5 g of vanillin to the peeled cherries. Mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Next, we cool the dough, take it out of the refrigerator and sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll it out to a thickness of about 5-6 mm and cut out circles with a diameter of 8 cm. Put the filling a little more than 1 tsp. and mix thoroughly.
  5. Cook dumplings in a slow cooker in the “Steamed” mode for about 10-12 minutes under a closed lid.
  6. And here are the first dumplings from the heat of the heat, or rather, for a couple!!!
  7. Serve with butter or sour cream, sprinkle with sugar if necessary!
