Put a saucepan with a thick bottom on the fire. Pour vegetable oil into it and put onions, carrots and chicken meat.
Fry the mass for 10 minutes, stirring with a spoon.
Then add the chopped potatoes to the pot. We mix.
Salt and add water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15 minutes.
While the main part of the ingredients is cooking, prepare the dumplings dough.
Break the egg into a cup. Add a pinch of salt and 2 slices of processed cheese.
Beat the mass with a fork.
Add a pinch of chopped dill and flour.
Knead the dough.
Make a “sausage” out of the dough and cut into pieces. The dumplings are ready.
Add green peas to the pan.
Then add the cheese dumplings. Bring to a boil and cook the soup for another 5 minutes.
The soup is ready. Remove the pan from the heat.
Pour the soup into cups, add the herbs and serve.
