Wash the chicken. Pour water into the container and add salt to taste. Place the chicken in a salty solution, cover with a lid and put in a cold place for 12-15 hours.
Next, remove the chicken from the salted solution and blot it with a paper towel.
Prepare a set of spices: Mustard- (1 teaspoon), ground black pepper (1 teaspoon), turmeric- (1 teaspoon), mint-1 (teaspoon), rosemary- (1 teaspoon), smoked paprika – (1 teaspoon).
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the spices. The mixture is stirred.
Grate the chicken inside and out with the prepared mixture. next, tie the chicken with twine, place it on the grill and send it to the oven preheated to t200c.
