Beans contain almost all the substances necessary for the human body. From proteins to vitamins. I used canned beans in tomato sauce. You can take it without sauce, add tomato paste or ketchup when stewing.

  1. Cut the onion into small cubes. Fry in a casserole until golden brown (do not overcook). Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Add to the onion. Fry until the meat is soft (very briefly), stirring constantly. Add spices, red pepper, fry a little.
  2. Add Bulgarian pepper, garlic, chopped at random, fry. Finely chop the tomato, add to the meat, simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour out the beans. Simmer for 1 minute. Add salt to taste. If you have beans without tomato sauce, you can add tomato paste and a little sugar.
