Grate the onion on a coarse grater.
Add onion, salt and 1 tbsp sour cream to the chopped meat. Mix it.
Finely chop the nuts, grate the cheese on a fine grater. Mix nuts, cheese, 1 tbsp sour cream, a small pinch of salt and softened butter.
Form cutlets from prepared minced meat with wet hands.
Put a little cheese-nut filling in the middle.
Pinch well, covering the filling.
In order for the zrazy to form, pan them in flour.
Fry in preheated vegetable oil, over low heat under the lid. 5 minutes on each side.
We spread the finished pancakes on paper towels.

These pancakes are perfectly combined with any side dish of vegetables, pasta or cereals. This time my zrazy was an excellent pair for pasta with tomato sauce and pepper.
