A light, fresh and quick chicken fillet salad. Can be served on a festive table. The recipe was found in the internet, I changed it a little to suit my tastes.

  1. Tear a leaf of lettuce into small pieces.
  2. Grate the onion rings, chop thinly, cut the tomato into wedges, cucumber and mushrooms into small pieces.
  3. Cut pieces of chicken fillet onto a lettuce leaf.
  4. Put prepared tomato, onion, cucumber, mushrooms on top.
  5. Mix.
  6. Preparing the salad dressing. Squeeze the garlic into the olive oil, add the mixture of peppers, salt, sugar, ginger, nutmeg.
  7. Season the salad with the filling.
