  1. Rinse the chicken liver, dry on a paper towel, cut into pieces.
  2. 2 tbsp. Mix soy sauce with black pepper and pour over liver. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in flour, mix, fry in a small amount of vegetable oil for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Randomly break the lettuce leaves washed and pre-soaked in cold water, put on a dish.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes, cut in half, cooled liver, chopped eggs.
  6. Combine dressing ingredients and salad dressing.
