Chicken with Grapes Recipe
A wonderful dish with a wonderful sharp-sweet bright taste. If you are a fan of combining chicken with fruit, be sure to try it, especially since grapes are still in abundance in stores.

  1. Cut the thigh fillet into small pieces (cut off the fat if possible).
  2. In a bowl, pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add starch, soy sauce, pepper (I have black instead of red) and garlic, grated on a fine grater or passed through a press. Stir.
  3. Put the chicken pieces in this mixture, mix well and leave to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. While the chicken is marinating, cut the grapes into halves and finely chop the garlic and ginger. The amount of garlic and ginger should be about the same, so I specify their volume, not weight.
  5. Then heat the pan and put the chicken pieces in it.
  6. Stir-fry the chicken until tender.
  7. Add the chopped garlic and ginger to the pan and fry all together for 30 seconds. It will smell crazy delicious!
  8. Add the halves of the grapes, pour in the honey and soy sauce, stir and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
  9. Sprinkle the chicken with sesame seeds and serve immediately. I recommend serving rice as a side dish, it perfectly sets off the taste of chicken with grapes.
