Instructions
Olives cut into strips of polyolefin, squid fillet – straws.
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
Peel the pepper from the seeds, wash, dry, cut into lozenges.
Wash the apple, dry it, cut it in half, remove the seeds, cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Cut tomatoes in half, remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Wash, dry and finely chop the Peking cabbage.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
Add salt, sour cream and mix well again, but gently.
