  1. Mix the dry ingredients.
  2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Whisk eggs, butter and milk.
  4. Add the carrots and stir.
  5. Add the dry mixture in parts.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180*C. Pour the mixture into the molds. Bake for 40-45 minutes until tender.
