Instructions
Prepare all ingredients.
Mix all the dry ingredients. Flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Add sour cream and melted butter.
Gradually add flour and knead the dough.
Preparing the filling. Whisk cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, eggs and vanilla with a blender.
Spread the chocolate dough, put the curd filling in the center. Bake at 180°C for 40-50 minutes
