In a deep bowl, pour all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Mix well.
To the dry mixture, pour water, vegetable oil and add an egg. Stir until smooth. It turns out a dough that resembles melted chocolate in consistency.
We lay out the dough on silicone molds (I have 4 pcs.), filling about 2/3 of the volume. Put it in the microwave oven at a power of 1000 watts for exactly 2 minutes. Let the finished cupcakes cool slightly and remove from the molds. They can simply be sprinkled with powdered sugar, icing or decorated with cream.
