Butter and chocolate melt in a water bath
Add sugar and cool.
Add 1 egg, whisking each time.
Mix flour with cocoa and baking powder.

Fill the molds with dough (a little more than half) and bake in a preheated 180C in the top-bottom mode (without convection) for 20 minutes until dry.
For the cream : butter room temperature beat up with sugar until white lush condition. Add cottage cheese and beat until smooth.
In cupcakes to make holes with a nozzle, or a knife, or a special thing.
Fill them with jam (to taste cherry, black currant, apricot) and top with cream.
