  1. For sourdough crumble fresh yeast, pour in warm milk (0.5 cups), add 1 tsp sugar and a little flour. Cover the container with a sponge and wait until the foam cap appears. In a large bowl, mix the sourdough, the remaining milk, preheating it, eggs and flour. Knead the dough, cover the bowl with a napkin and put it in a warm place for proofing. It will take about 1 hour. Do not forget to stir the dough from time to time so that it does not run away. Add vegetable oil to the dough, which will significantly improve the taste of pancakes and you will not need to lubricate the pan when frying.
  2. Preheat the pan. Pour half a ladle of dough onto the mold. Fry for 1-2 minutes on each side. The pancakes are ready.
  3. Mash the halva and send it to a small saucepan or ladle. Add milk, chocolate, starch to a saucepan and put on a small fire. Boil the mixture until it thickens, and then whisk it with a blender to get rid of possible lumps of halva or cocoa with starch. Add the butter and start the blender again.
  4. Cool the finished sauce. Such an unusual sauce for pancakes will not leave you indifferent and will warm you on a cold winter evening!
