Instructions
Chop the onion and garlic.
Fry the onion in a thick-bottomed saucepan in vegetable oil and butter.
Add pieces of any minced meat. I have mixed.
With a wooden spatula, we try to break the lumps of minced meat and fry them further with onions.
Fry the garlic separately in butter.
Strain the corn.
Pour the corn over the garlic.
Add diced potatoes to the fried minced meat.
Stir and add flour.
Hold it on the fire for a minute and pour in the water.
Add the smoked paprika and salt.
Cook until the potatoes and minced meat are ready.
At this time I roasted the corn with the garlic.
Transfer to the soup.
Add thyme. We bought it in a pot, because we love it.
Bay leaf.
Pour in the cream.
Boil everything together for a few minutes.
We serve it with this bread, they sell it in Latvia with carrots.
Try while the soup is hot.
