  1. In warm milk add: yeast, salt-pinch, sugar, egg, vanilla, butter and mix well, add 5 stacks. flour, knead the dough. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place to increase by two or three times.
  2. Put the finished dough on a floured table (I had 1 cup), form a sausage and divide into 12 equal parts. From each part, make flattened balls, put them on a greased baking sheet and cover with a towel so that they increase two to three times.
  3. When the balls rise, take the glass and press the bottom in the middle. Put the cottage cheese in the middle. Cover with a towel.. Turn the oven on 200 degrees and let it warm up completely! During this time, the cheesecake will grow even more!
  4. For filling: Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or put it in a chopper, add sugar, egg, vanilla sugar, mix.
  5. The oven is hot!
  6. Brush with lightly beaten egg and put in the oven. Bake until golden brown.
