Classic Cheese Cakes Recipe
Recipe, tested by many generations! Very tasty soft dough with sweet filling.

  • 6 glasses Flour wheat / Flour (725 g) for mixing and 1 on the table)
  • 300 ml Milk 1 Cup warm milk, in dough
  • 3 pieces Chicken eggs 1 in dough, 1 for lubrication and 1 in cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast in milk
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil in milk
  • 1 pack Vanilin 1/2 pack in dough and 1/2 in cottage cheese
  • 600 gram Cottage cheese I have home
