  2. Wash the kumquat, cut it into halves. Peel the ginger, grate it on a coarse grater. Kumquat can be replaced with tangerine or orange.
  3. Fill the kumquat and ginger with water, bring to a boil.
  4. Add the flowers to the tea Hibiscus tea, remove from the heat. Leave to infuse for 2 hours (I left it overnight). Strain through a sieve. Add honey to the cooled tea. Sugar can be used instead of honey, then it can be added earlier. The amount depends on the desired sweetness.
  5. Tea is universal – cold in the heat perfectly quenches thirst. When hot, it has a warming effect.
