Instructions
Prepare the products so that everything is at hand. Preheat the oven to 190*C.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt, set aside.
In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add the egg, milk and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
Add the flour mixture.
And mix thoroughly at low speed.
Use a tablespoon, or even better, an ice cream spoon,
Place the dough on a baking sheet at a distance of about 2 cm from each other. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes. I have 20 cookies.
While the cookies are baking, divide the marshmallows into halves.
Remove the baking sheets from the oven and place half of the marshmallows in the center of each cookie, slightly pressing down.
Return to the oven and continue baking until the marshmallows begin to melt, 2 to 3 minutes.
Completely cool the cookies on the grill.
Mix sugar, cocoa and sour cream.
Boil until smooth.
Then add the oil.
And cook a little more until the glaze thickens slightly.
Apply about 1 tablespoon of glaze to each cookie and spread over the marshmallows. Allow the glaze to completely harden.
