  1. Pour the cream over the loaf slice for 5-10 minutes. Wash and dry the meat and herbs, peel the onion and garlic.
  2. Pass the beef, onion, garlic and herbs through a fine grate of a meat grinder. Add the soaked loaf and cream.
  3. Add salt, knead and beat off the minced meat.
  4. Form cutlets, 100-110 g each.. Breading blanks in semolina.
  5. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, 2-3 minutes on each side, medium heat.
  6. Transfer the cutlets to a fireproof form, add the butter and bring to readiness in the oven, 10 minutes at 190 degrees or in the microwave-power 800-1000 W., 2-4 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
