Instructions
Heat the milk to a warm state, add sugar and salt, add yeast and leave for 5 minutes.
Add the egg and whisk.
Gradually add the sifted flour. At the end, add water and oil. Stir until smooth and leave for 10-15 minutes.
Bake in a hot frying pan without oil.
You will get 12 pancakes.
Mix the flakes with sesame seeds.
Whisk the egg and salt.
In the minced meat, chop the onion and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put one spoonful on each pancake.
Roll up the envelope and dip it in the egg.
Then roll in breadcrumbs and preheated oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides, very quickly.
And then a couple of minutes in the microwave or five in the oven, so that the meat is well fried.
