Instructions
  1. Cottage cheese is better to take fat – the more fat, the tastier and more tender the dessert. I had 2 packs of 200 grams of 2% and 5% fat content. In the bowl of the mixer we put all the cottage cheese, sour cream and 50 grams of ordinary condensed milk.
  2. Whisk everything into a homogeneous mass using a blender.
  3. Now divide this mass into three equal portions – pour into a convenient dish for whipping. Add a packet of vanilla sugar to the white part, whisk again, set aside. Pre-prepare the filling – fry the nuts and chop the candied fruits.
  4. In the second part, add boiled condensed milk and half of the nuts, whisk with a blender into a homogeneous mass.
  5. In the third part, add berry puree – I had a ready-made homemade black currant, you can take any to your taste, but I recommend taking berries with sourness-the remaining ordinary condensed milk (here focus on your taste, someone may need less or more, depending on what you need a sweet tooth), and also whisk everything into a homogeneous mass.
  6. Prepare a rectangular (or any other) shape, cover it with cling film. The size of my figure 21*11*5,5 ahhh! Lay out the first layer (I have this berry, I forgot to take a picture) and put it in the freezer for 30-40 minutes before the layer solidifies. Then pour over the caramel mass and put the remaining nuts on top. Put it back in the freezer for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Add candied fruits to the white vanilla part, mix with a spoon.
  8. Lay out the last layer, cover the edges with a film and put it in the freezer until the dessert solidifies – I stood overnight. The cooking time is indicated without waiting for the pie to be ready.
  9. After the time has elapsed, remove the mold from the freezer, take out the dessert, preheating the walls of the mold (I carefully poured boiling water into the sink) and, pulling the ends of the film, turn it over onto a serving dish and completely release it from the film.
  10. Decorate to your taste and capabilities, I melted dark chocolate, punched a mesh, decorated with sugar beads and tried to build a semblance of a flower from candied fruits), and even made chocolate letters.
  11. Before serving, the ice cream cake should be kept in the refrigerator for an hour or two, cut with a hot dry knife. Nice family.
