  1. Remove the crust from the bread, fill the pulp with hot water and leave until it swells. Meat scroll on a meat grinder with onions and garlic. Add all the spices.
  2. Add the swollen crumb of Borodino bread together with the liquid. Knead the minced meat thoroughly.
  3. Form cutlets and fry on both sides in vegetable oil.
