Cutlets with Bulgur and Adygea Cheese Recipe
Many people prepare cutlets for the New Year’s table, as almost all guests love them very much, but ordinary cutlets sometimes get bored. Pork can be used to make very tasty cutlets with the addition of bulgur. It is known that meat contains a sufficient amount of fat, so it will absorb cereals well. The filling can be made from soft cheese, it will not melt completely.

  1. Pour boiling water over the bulgur. Defrost pork, rinse with water and cut into large pieces.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic, cut into medium pieces.
  3. Insert a chopping knife into the bowl of a food processor, close the lid, turn pork, onion and garlic into minced meat. We get tender minced meat, which can immediately be used to make cutlets.
  4. Drain the remaining water from the bulgur, add the grits to the minced meat and mix.
  5. Add salt, seasoning and break the raw egg. Stir until smooth.
  6. Cut Adyghe cheese into small cubes. Take 2-3 tablespoons of minced meat, put the cheese and form cutlets. Roll them in wheat flour or breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown, simmer under the lid for 7-10 minutes.
  8. And to the festive table, browned and delicious cakes are served in a warm form.
