Dates-Chocolate Brownies Recipe
Brownie is a chocolate dessert cut into rectangles. It can have a different consistency depending on the recipe: pie, sponge cake, cupcake, cookies with or without filling. I suggest you try brownies without baking, sugar, butter, with very useful additives. It is easy to prepare and you can always eat dessert for morning tea. And if you don’t have time to have breakfast, take it with you to work. You can also give it to schoolchildren.

  1. Prepare the right ingredients. I was doing a double shot. Prepare one serving for the first time.
  2. Put the walnuts in the bowl of a blender and grind to a fine crumb.
  3. Add coconut chips and cocoa powder to the nuts.
  4. Whisk everything well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the oat flakes.
  6. Peel the dates from the seeds and grind them together with the oatmeal mixture in the bowl of a blender.
  7. Add a little honey and smooth the punch. Honey can go more, depending on which dates, if very dry, then add more.
  8. I did three rounds, the last one with lemon juice. Mix everything thoroughly in a bowl. It will turn out to be such a viscous mass. If you’re going to cook, one serving in a bowl may be enough to break everything together at once. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment and smooth it out. There is no need to lubricate the paper. Form 21×27.
  9. We tamp it very tightly, with a potato masher. Refrigerate for at least an hour. I’m staying the night.
  10. Then turn it over on the table, remove the paper, it does not stick and cut into rectangles.
  11. Break the chocolate into pieces and put it in a mixer, melt it on the defrosting program. Make sure that it does not burn, check every 20-30 seconds. It will not melt to a liquid state, and whole pieces will remain, so check with a spoon, as soon as it spreads, mix and put in a cooking bag.
  12. Spread out the brownies on the grill and apply an arbitrary pattern. Sprinkle sesame seeds (oat flakes, nuts, coconut chips) on top and put in the refrigerator so that the chocolate freezes. Allow cooking time without cooling down.
  13. Then transfer to a container with a lid so that they do not stick to each other, and store in the refrigerator. Very tasty and healthy. Prepares quickly, wrote longer. Have a nice tea and good health to everyone!
