Wash the duck legs, dry them with a paper towel, rub with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Place the legs skin down on a dry hot frying pan. Fry for a couple of minutes until the fat is browned and melted.
Turn over and fry on the reverse side for another 2 minutes, remove the legs.
Peel the onion and cut into thin strips. For this purpose, it is convenient to use a chopper in a food processor.
Place the chopped onion in a frying pan along with the melted duck fat. Fry the onion for a few minutes over medium heat until transparent.
Add salt, pepper, add honey to taste, pour in dry white wine, stir, simmer for 1 minute.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Remove the core from the apple and cut it into half rings. I used the same chopper in a food processor.
Take a baking dish. It is convenient to use disposable aluminum molds for serving portions. Put the sliced apples and potatoes on the bottom of the mold.
Put a duck leg on top. Put the stewed onion around the leg. Cover the mold with foil. We put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 1 hour, then remove the foil and brown for another 10 minutes on maximum heat on top in the oven.
