  1. We start by cutting the fish, separating the head and tail. It is necessary to cook broth from them, strain and set aside. The broth is cooked for 20 minutes, although it can be longer, it will turn out rich. Divide the fish itself into several parts, because I had only nothing, 4 out of 7 pieces went into use, the rest can either be frozen or eaten in any other form. After that, let’s take a closer look at the vegetables. Peel potatoes, carrots and onions, wash and cut into cubes, grate carrots on a vegetable grater.
  2. Next, we send two more liters of water, pieces of fish and potatoes to the broth. We put it on medium heat and fry the onions and carrots, which, after the end of frying, we send to the pan with the rest of the ingredients. Do not forget to put the bay leaf and spices. Boil everything thoroughly until the potatoes are ready and only then send the cream. It is not necessary to cook them, just let them stand on low heat for about 5 minutes. Then remove the soup from the heat and serve hot, sprinkled with herbs and a slice of lemon. Ideally, salmon fillet is used, which will make the fish soup even more appetizing, but what is not, is not. Bon appetit to everyone.
