Eggplant Battered with Basil Recipe

Ingredients

Mayonnaise

Basil (dried)

Instructions
Cut the eggplant into slices about 4-5 mm thick.
Prepare the dough: mix the egg, flour, sour cream and basil until smooth. Salt.
Dip each circle from 2 sides in batter and fry in vegetable oil (over medium heat)
Fry until golden brown.
Mix mayonnaise with garlic passed through a press. (You can use homemade mayonnaise)
Brush each eggplant circle with mayonnaise and sprinkle chopped herbs on top. Let it brew a little.
