Fish in Salted Dough with Mashed Potatoes in American style Recipe
Fish tasty: tender, juicy, lemon-dill. Just say, in the original recipe – salmon, and I had only pangasius. I was afraid it would be greasy, but it turned out fine. Salmon is also supposed to be tender and flavorful. But don’t try to eat the dough!

Instructions
  1. Ingredients for dough.
  2. Combine flour, salt, water and eggs.
  3. Knead the dough, wrap in film and for an hour – in the refrigerator (I kept less).
  4. While the dough is maturing, and the fish is thawed, put to cook potatoes.
  5. Fish washed, dried, salted.
  6. Dough rolled out, put the fish on the fish-sliced lemon.
  7. And dill (the more the better).
  8. Completely covered the fish with dough and-in the oven, heated to 220*C for 30-40 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, make mashed potatoes, put in the form, on top – sour cream, mixed with grated cheese, a little salt and pepper.
  10. After 20 minutes of roasting fish in the oven sent the form with the puree.
  11. Fish is ready. The dough is thrown (do not even try). Serve and name to the table (although this is unnecessary, and so all of the flavors came together).
