This is something new. Julienne of fish, rice and vegetables in a crispy loaf. A fragrant and very tasty dish. I recommend giving it a try. Try to cook and enjoy this entertainment.
Cut half of the loaf into two parts. Cut off the “spout” of the loaf so that it is even.
Remove the crumbs from the middle of each piece, but not to the end. Lubricate the roll from the inside with sour cream.
Prepare the filling. Beat the egg with a fork and mix with melted milk and soy sauce.
Mix the fish fillet with boiled rice.
Cut the tomato into cubes. Add tomatoes and finely chopped green onions to the main mass. Stir, add ground black pepper to taste and nutmeg.
Fill the loaf and pour the filling.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top (on a fine grater).
Put Julienne in a preheated oven and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve julienne to the table hot.
Enjoy your meal!
