Many years ago in a cafe on the beach I tried this dish. Figured out the line-up. And now I often cook it. This is one of our favorite dishes. Simple in execution and very tasty. Instead of traditional chicken and mushrooms I used....... Welcome, welcome.
Mix in a deep plate of mussels, shrimp, chopped tomatoes, spices, soy sauce and pomegranate sauce. Spread with a spoon in cocotte (or muffins cups). The composition can be changed depending on your favorite seafood. Very cool with a sea cocktail. But today I wanted mussels with shrimp.
Add 1 teaspoon with a slide of sour cream and spread over the entire surface.
Grated cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle in each forms.
Put in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. It is possible to melt cheese, but I love that the cheese was Golden.
