Defrost the dough.
Wash, peel and dice the apples.
Lightly fry the apples in butter.
Remove the seeds from the cherries and cut in half.
Add cherries, raisins, sugar and cinnamon to the cooled apples to taste.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Distribute the filling.
Gently roll into a roll. Lubricate the surface of the roll with beaten egg.
Bake in a greased frying pan at 180 degrees for about an hour. Brush the finished roll with butter. When it cools down a little, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your tea!
