  1. Mix olive and sesame oil in a frying pan, add garlic and ginger, cut into strips, passed through a press. Fry until light brown.
  2. Put the ginger on a plate, put the zucchini cut into thin slices in a frying pan. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring.
  3. Put the zucchini on a plate, drain the oil from the pan, fry the bacon slices until lightly crunched.
  4. Add zucchini, soy sauce, rice vinegar to the toasted bacon, stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat, let it brew. Meanwhile, pour the funchosa with boiling water, leave for 3-4 minutes, and throw it into a colander.
  5. Put the funchosa mixed with bacon and zucchini on a plate. Add 2-3 slices of fried ginger, sprinkle with sesame seeds and herbs to taste, pour the sauce from the pan. Serve warm.
