  1. Potatoes are peeled, cut into thin slices, watered with teriyaki Kikoman marinade sauce. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Mix the butter with soy sauce and juice.
  3. Mix two types of flour, pour in the oil mixture. Stir until moist crumbs form.
  4. Pour boiling water, knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough into a large thin circle. I put it in a mold with a diameter of 25 cm. Prick with a fork.
  6. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Spread in one layer over the entire surface of the dough (the edge remains free). Spread the potatoes on top, and thin onion rings on it. Sprinkle with coriander. Sprinkle with vegetable oil.
  7. Wrap the edges of the biscuits, put them in the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes (see your oven). I covered it with foil for the first 30 minutes.
  8. Take it out, sprinkle with chopped dill greens.
  9. Cut. Bon appetit!
