Add sugar, baking soda and flour. Knead the dough.
Cover the dough with a film and leave on the table for 30 minutes to cool.
Roll out the dough into a large circle, put the sliced apples and cherries in the middle. Sprinkle with sugar. Turn the sides of the dough over to the filling. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
