This salad is very easy to prepare and is perfect for grilled meat. And, of course, just to decorate meat dishes. In addition, it can be prepared in advance, and it will be even tastier, because the secret is in an unusual dressing!
Boil the potatoes in a uniform. This can be done even in advance, for example, boil in the evening, and use in the morning. It is important to let the potatoes cool down well, and then peel and cut into small pieces.
Wash the radishes well. Finely chop. How much radish you take depends on how much you like it 🙂 I added about 7 pieces.
Cut the cucumbers into circles (if they are small) or, depending on their size, into small pieces. How much is again a matter of taste.
Finely chop the onion. Instead of red, you can, of course, take an ordinary onion.
We’re getting dressed.
To do this, mix mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, salt, pepper, sugar and … a little cucumber pickle! If you don’t like its taste, don’t add it 🙂
Mix all the ingredients with the dressing, I would advise adding more green onions, unfortunately, I did not have.
