  1. Boil the beans in salted water and put them in a colander to cool. Boil the potatoes in a uniform.
  2. Cut the beans into cubes of 3-4 cm, after cutting off the tails.
  3. Cut the tomato into small cubes and add to the beans.
  4. Do the same with peppers, cucumbers and pre-peeled potatoes, add everything to the beans.
  5. Cut the onion into thin half rings, finely chop the greens and add to the salad.
  6. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and season the salad. Vary the amount of salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar, as they say, for an amateur.
  7. Ready!
